Initial Setup: Have you started a new business or just need to get your bookkeeping process started? I can get you set up with QuickBooks Online (QBO), choosing the subscription that is right for you.
Financial Reports: Preparation of all major financial statements: the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows. These reports give you a clear picture of how your business is doing, what your net income is, where your money is coming from, and where it is being spent.
Bank Reconciliation(s): Verification that every transaction on your bank and/or credit card statement(s) matches your QBO account, ensuring no duplicate or missing transactions in your bookkeeping. .
Accounts Payable: Assistance with management of bills so that everything is paid on time, and you avoid any unnecessary late fees or interest charges.
Accounts Receivable: Assistance with management of invoicing your clients/customers, ensuring deposits are matching up with invoices and revenue isn’t being duplicated.
Annual Reports: At the end of the year, at your request, I will prepare and submit annual financial statements to your accountant or tax person so that they can prepare your tax returns.
